Conservative dentistry focuses on the treatment of dental caries and prevention. Dental caries is a bacterial infectious disease that causes demineralization of the tooth’s hard tissues. If left untreated, it leads to inflammation of the pulp and periapical tissues. Treatment allows for the reconstruction of tooth tissues damaged by caries.

Endodontic treatment, also known as root canal therapy, is performed for irreversible diseases of the tooth pulp. This procedure involves the mechanical removal of internal tissues from the tooth roots, followed by their precise sealing.

• SCALING – a procedure that involves removing tartar formed by the mineralization of dental plaque.
• TEETH SANDBLASTING – a procedure to remove deposits and surface stains from the teeth using a dental sandblaster, which emits special dental sand under high pressure. Sandblasting can be a standalone treatment and is gentler on the enamel and more precise than scaling.
• FLUORIDATION – a preventive treatment aimed at strengthening tooth enamel and increasing its resistance to caries. For children, fluoridation is performed after the eruption of the first milk teeth. For children over the age of 6, it is recommended for improper eating habits and orthodontic treatment. For adults, fluoridation is most beneficial during prosthetic or periodontal treatment, as well as after scaling and sandblasting.
• FISSURE SEALING – a preventive procedure involving the filling of fissures in premolars and molars with a material that releases fluoride over an extended period.
• ORAL HYGIENE INSTRUCTION – a comprehensive guide to proper oral hygiene practices. You will receive information on selecting the right toothbrush, toothpaste, brushing techniques, as well as mouthwash and dental floss usage.

Periodontology focuses on diseases of the periodontium (gums and other tissues surrounding the teeth).

• tooth movement,
• loose teeth,
• red or bleeding gums,
• exposed or elongated tooth necks,
• unpleasant breath odor.

As part of periodontal treatment, we offer:

• scaling,
• sandblasting,
• closed curettage – a surgical procedure performed under local anesthesia, involving the cleaning of periodontal pockets,
• open curettage – a surgical procedure performed under local anesthesia. Periodontal pocket cleaning is done while gradually lifting the gum tissue,
• treatment for tooth sensitivity.
